Great place to stop for breakfast when heading south on interstate 30. Would be easy off and on freeway. If you enjoy it just hit like .. next time I'm down that way I'll be eating there..

We mostly eat breakfast here and it's awesome! They have a variety of different kinds of pancakes which makes my son happy. Always had good, friendly service.

Great Home cooking, comfortable and friendly

We stopped here for the first time for breakfast. It was very busy. Waitresses were working their behinds off! I had the best spinach omelette I have ever had! I didn’t have the other sides that you could get with it and I’m so glad I didn’t. Every bite I had had bacon, onion and gooey cheese and spinach! There wasn’t just a little spoon of it in the middle...it was every bit! And the omelette was the fluffiest omelette I’ve ever had! My husband had chicken fried steak and eggs. He also said his was amazing! He loved the breading on the chicken fried steak. Very good service, busy place and friendly staff. This definitely will be a do again!

Good spot to drop buy at any time! Very good food and pretty good coffee too! Give their omelets a shot and I promise you will not be disappointed! Also love the location, it's very easy to find right off the highway. Honestly, no complaints at all 🙂

Horrible service, dirty, had to clean our own table. Other patrons sitting at dirty tables. After 45 minutes still hadn't got our order. Waitresses arguing and cussing coming from the kitchen.

Ate there 2 different times and had gotten sick both times. Food also taste as if it was microwaved. Service was also just as horrible. Sat there at a dirty table for over 20 minutes before being noticed by staff. Never going back.

Me and my family love Dan's I-30 Diner. Everytime we go in the food and customer service is always amazing. We especially love the coffee ☕. And our coffee cups rarely get empty before the waitress is back and fills it up. The waitresses are always on top of things and always bring us what we need.

We got there at 11:00 am on Sunday. First thing we were told was that it would take well over a half an hour to get lunch. Their sign said they stopped serving breakfast at 10:30 on Sunday. I have to eat gluten free. The waitress was trying to find out for me what menu items were safe for me. She came back from the kitchen and said, "I'm just quoting here, why isn't he eating at home?" That was a horrible thing to say! Most places I choose to eat at are at least willing to accommodate me. I am not stupid with my Celiac disease. I can eat at restaurants just like other people as long as I am cautious. I guess I am NEVER eating at this place.

Great Sunday breakfast place. Nice staff. Dan is in back cooking up good food. Nothing fancy, just good. Huge selection. Worth drive from LIT.

Always enjoy a great classic diner atmosphere with good food. If you like chocolate gravy this is the place, but you have to ask for it. It's an off menu item.

Wow! We stopped at the IHOP and even though they were only half full, there were 4 families waiting on a hostess. We left and came to Dan's. We walked in and were immediately greeted and got a table. The servers were all friendly and fast!! Now for the food... the food was amazing. The pancakes were about 3/4 of an inch thick. The biscuits were great and the bacon! Yum!Thank you Dan's for the wonderful experience.

Excellent breakfast with local atmosphere! Love it!

Wanted to try local foods lately and stopped at Dan's for Saturday lunch. I ordered chicken fried steak but on Saturday they didn't serve anything but breakfast, sandwiches and salads. So I ordered chicken fried steak with scrambled eggs, hash browns and biscuit and gravy for $9.99. I had time to wander the restaurant to look at all the memorabilia and old pictures before my lunch was served. Everything was hot and delicious. Eggs were fluffy. Biscuit was light and fluffy. Gravy was not as peppery as I like but good. Chicken fried steak stayed hot the entire meal. Great service and friendly staff.

Tracy, our waitress was pleasant and efficient. Our food was tasty, though potatoes could have been warmer.You could tell the wait staff knew most of their customers and seemed to enjoy taking care of breakfast needs and wants.I would definitely stop here again.

Unclean restaurant and staff. Everyone working there seems like they are just there for a paycheck and nothing more. They could care less about the customer. The food is equally as bad.

Very tasty breakfast. Servers were extremely friendly and fast. Eggs, pancakes, biscuits and gravy, sausage and eggs..all good.

Breakfast was good, if you like waiting a really long time in a sauna like room! My husband & I were both glistening... I gave it 2 stars because the waitress was trying her best to humor us while we waited. I'm guessing there was only one cook?

We had very good service. The food was good and the prices were modest. I had the biscuits the gravy. The biscuits were fluffy and good. We went on the fourth of july. They were serving burgers and breakfast all morning till they closed at 1:00

Best place in town to go great food

Friendly staff, great food, and great owner. The only place around d where the owner/cook Dan always makes his rounds to make sure everyone is happy with their food and is off to a good day. Can't beat the food or the friendliness

It was very busy and seems to be every day. It was average food. The chili on my omelet was from a can. I would have loved fresh chili. I doubt that I will eat at Dan's again.

Breakfast was real nice for a non branded restaurant. The chocolate gravy was to die for and the sweet batter pancakes had a great flavor to them. Not just flour and water cakes. A little pricey( 5 people =$60.00) but that didn't matter because of the fellowship we shared during our meal. The little waitress was a little flighty but got everything right eventually.

My kids and I were driving from NY to TX and it was breakfast time so my kids searched on line for a place to eat and this restaurant had a high rating from other customers. When we pulled up it was very questionable. It didn't look inviting at all as well as the area but don't let that deceive you. I convinced my children to give it a try and we all enjoyed it. If it weren't for the good reviews we would've never decided to go there but I'm glad we did. So all you travellers out there don't be afraid to try this diner out. Our server was so attentive I appreciated her. I wish I remembered her name but she seemed very young. I didn't give it 5 stars because it took a while of contemplating. I didn't want to be disappointed but I would hope they put more attention on advertising their place so people like me won't miss the chance to go there.

Hands down the Best breakfast around. Exceptional service and a friendly atmosphere. A must try if you have not already.

Best chicken tenders I’ve ever had in my life !

We’ve ate at Dans for several years. Even though we have to wait sometimes the food is amazing and definitely worth the wait.
